Gangadhar has experience of 22 years in management consulting and 5 years of multi-functional experience. He has worked with PwC, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Towers Watson and TechMahindra in senior positions. He is a Specialist in Strategy Execution with Merlion Performance Consulting.

Gangadhar has worked in the areas of Strategy Execution, Business Acument, Leadership Development, Organization Design, Performance management and Rewards. He has consulted with a wide range of large companies in India and abroad. Some of his clients included GSFC, Lafarge, Zee, British Gas, Texas Instruments, Deustche Bank back office, Sapient and Standard Chartered Bank.

Gangadhar is an Engineer-MBA. He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and NIT Surathkal. He is a Kaplan-Norton Strategy Execution Certified Graduate.
