Employer contacts: your name, organisation, business contact details, hiring requirements and correspondence with us.
Candidates: your name, contact details, CV, education, employment history, skills, professional profile links, location, availability, compensation information you provide, and relevant recruitment discussions or assessment notes.
Website visitors: device and browser information, IP address, page visits, referral or campaign information, and interactions with our website. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or recruitment process; avoid including unnecessary identity, financial or medical documents in your CV.
3. How we receive information
We receive information through our website forms, CV submissions, email, calls, meetings, professional events and recruitment discussions. We may also obtain relevant professional information from referrals, employers, job portals, professional networks and publicly available professional profiles.
If you give us information about another person, please ensure you are authorised to share it for the relevant purpose.
4. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand hiring requirements, identify and assess potential candidates, discuss suitable roles, coordinate interviews, support offers and joining, and maintain recruitment relationships for current and future opportunities.
We also use information to provide learning or advisory services you enquire about, administer client relationships, maintain business records, improve the website, measure marketing performance, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Candidate records are stored in our in-house recruitment database. Information submitted through our website may also be held in Wix form-submission records and related business correspondence.
Depending on the employer, service provider and recruitment assignment, information may be processed in India or another country. Such handling is subject to applicable data-protection requirements. 7. How long we retain information
Our current practice is to retain candidate records in our in-house database for current and future recruitment opportunities until we receive a request for deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@adeptglobal.com.
Deletion is subject to information that must be retained under applicable law or is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may retain a limited record of an opt-out or deletion request so that we can respect it. Employer enquiries, correspondence and business records are retained for the relevant business purpose and applicable legal requirements.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses Wix services and may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics and advertising measurement. Tools may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and advertising services such as Google Ads and OpenAI / ChatGPT Ads, depending on the integrations and campaigns in use.
